The home owner is responsible for the upkeep of the mail boxes and post on which it is mounted. You can purchase white replacment boxes and posts at Home Depot or Lowes as well as many local hardware stores.
A change form is required if you are making any changes to the outside of your home. This includes painting and landscaping. The form can be picked up at the Guardhouse .Include samples of paint colors and drawings or brochure photos.

1 Check to see if the red light flashes when the button is pushed. If not, check battery.
2 Please stop by the guardhouse, The guard will help you troubleshoot the problem. Replacement clickers may be purchased at a cost of $30.00 each.
CHECKLIST OF OASIS RULES (January 2014)
This is not a legal notice. It is intended as a convenient method to communicate applicable Oasis Rules to homeowners. The Board may initiate an enforcement action if voluntary compliance does not occur. Due process of law guarantees violators of Rules a hearing, after which $100 fines for each violation up to $1,000 may be imposed.
[ ] Garbage cans, motorcycles, and basketball stands, and items which belong in storage must be kept out of sight. Placing these in FRONT OR SIDE of house is PROHIBITED. . Please do not place garbage or garbage cans out before 5:00 PM on the day before pickup. Garden hoses must be neatly stored or mounted on structure.
[ ] Garage doors must be closed when not in use. Garages may not be used for recreational purposes.
[ ] It is time to pressure-clean your roof & driveway & walkway.
[ ] Keep pool area tidied up after use. Children under 17 must be accompanied by adult. Pool is for use from dawn to dusk.
[ ] Automobiles parked on lawns or across from neighbor’s driveway is prohibited. Automotive maintenance work is prohibited in driveway or street.
[ ] Parking overnight in streets is prohibited, with vehicles subject to being towed. No parking is allowed on the streets between the hours of 1:00 AM and 4:00 AM.
[ ] The exterior of all homes must be maintained in first class condition and repair and in a neat and attractive manner. Garage doors and driveways must be free of rust, oil, paint stains, and other markings.
[ ] Parking at Clubhouse between 9:30 AM and 9:00 PM is only for Clubhouse use. Parking during Clubhouse Events is available outside front gate.
[ ] Parking in Passive Park is for short-term use. Owners must identify vehicles by permit available at guard house. No trailers or RV’S are allowed to be parked anywhere on the premises.
[ ] Front-bush hedges may not exceed 42 inches in height. Any dead trees must be removed. Landscaping front yard is required. Any dead or unsightly areas on lawn must be replaced. Rear lawn must be maintained by owner if not serviced by Area Landscape. Lawn must be maintained and watered as necessary. Privilege to reduce dues by cutting own back yards requires back yards to be cut monthly.
[ ] Loud sounds are prohibited. Littering anywhere on Oasis property is prohibited.
[ ] Hurricane shutters prohibited between Dec. 10 and May 31, Christmas lights after January 31.
[ ] ALL ARCHITECTURAL CHANGES including driveways, fences, columns, etc. as well as decorative
and other items in front of houses require prior Architectural Committee approval. This includes painting the house and door. Forms are available from guards at gatehouse.
[ ] No driveway parking of commercial vehicles, motorcycles, and those too large to park in garage.
[ ] Dogs must be kept leashed with owner present and off other homeowner property; animal waste must be picked up. Dogs may not be walked on other homeowners’ property.
[ ] Keep toys ,bicycles, grills, and lawn furniture out of view when not in use.
[ ] Open houses are permitted on Saturdays and Sundays between 12:00-4:00 PM. Small “For Sale” signs are permitted anytime, but must be displayed inside front window.
